Keynoter Cheng Lim Addresses TissueCon Wednesday, October 2, 8:00 a.m.

Cheng Lim, vice president, Georgia-Pacific/Koch, has been described as “one of those rare people who can take a complex or intimidating topic and explain it in such an understandable, memorable, and practical way that you feel ready to put it into action immediately.” He credits that ability to his love of ideas, language, and most of all, people. He joined Koch Industries 24 years ago and used his business and communication expertise to help leaders around the world continually improve the culture and performance of their organizations. He became involved in the tissue industry in 2006, when Georgia-Pacific became part of Koch Industries.
At TissueCon 2019, Lim will address how today’s tissue leaders can use and practice market-based management principles to improve the culture and performance of their organizations.
